Flower order cancellation policy - Please read carefully
Ugh! We wish flowers lasted forever too! However, once an order is placed, we start ordering and selecting the perfect flowers dedicated to you! We order from local farms and given the limited lifecycle of a flower once cut, we require a 72 hour notice in order to cancel your order -- from the time of pick up or delivery. We offer a store-credit only on flower cancellation. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of an order being placed (outside of the 72 hour pick up/delivery date) you are eligible for a full refund.   

Non-Delivery Shipments
If an order is placed and items are sent for delivery via UPS or USPS shipping and the recipient rejects delivery, for whatever the reason, Flowerfolk can not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the non delivery of this item. 

Quality
Given flowers are perishable and have a relatively short life cycle we can't be held responsible post delivery to your location. We do our best to contact the recipient to ensure proper delivery. Once flowers leave our shop premises/delivery vehicle, Flowerfolk LLC. is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling or weather, etc. Given this, we want to make sure you LOVE your arrangement! Please email hello@flowerfolk.com within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, we will gladly work together to make sure you are happy!

No refunds or replacements will be made after the 24 hour window. We ask that you take proper care and offer flower care instructions on the website to extend the life of your arrangement.

All non floral items - Gifts + Decor
Given we are a small family owned shop we offer exchange or store credit for returns of full-priced items purchased online within 21 days in unused condition. Please provide the item in its original packaging, as well as the receipt for return. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 


Return Shipping
To initiate return shipping, please email hello@flowerfolk.com with your order number and reason for return. Someone from our team will reach out to you with instructions for your return. We are unable to cover return shipping costs, however, we will return the item for exchange or store credit only if received in original condition. We will process the return once the item is received.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of your return be received by our team, please contact us at hello@flowerfolk.com.
